I need information on treatment for Dupuytrens Contracture. Is there an alternative to surgery?

I personally have no experience with this, but have you heard of Needle Aponevrotomy or NA? I found a doctor in Jupiter, FL who does this. Below is a link. I will ask my ortho friends and see what they say
