I had a large cyst removed and now I have a small amount of borderline cells. Should I be worried? Second opinion?

I had surgery Oct 30 to remove a large cyst on my right ovary, the doctor removed the ovary, tube, and also my appendix. Right after surgery they said everything is benign. However, I went back for my follow-up visit last Friday and now he says that close examination of the cyst showed a "small" amount of what he called "borderline cells". He said that in hindsight, maybe it would have been better to do a full hysterectomy  (especially since I am past menopause anyway) but at this point he doesn't want to go right back in, but rather wait and see how things go. I am scheduled to see him again in 3 months and he said we should do an ultrasound in 6 months.

I guess I have to defer to his judgement, and to tell the truth I am not eager to go through another surgery right away since I just got back to work and feel pretty good. But this makes me nervous. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? Can you suggest any questions I should ask? Should I seek a second opinion?
