CBT really helps me. I was referred to my doctor through MEDAinc.org in Newton, MA... they are a great resource. I really look forward to going each week.

I spent a hour a week with a psychologist who specialized in cognitive therapy. I would share his name but he closed his office and is now working for the VA hospital. Either way it was a good experience for it really helped me uncover the things that would trigger my anxiety. Once we discovered the trigger we then worked on exercises to help me reframe my thoughts in a way that were more constructive. I would recommend cognitive therapy. However, be sure to take your time when selecting a therapist.
